"They don’t care about the people who live here or the law apparently. The office manager painted the curb red right after they put in a nice new sign. Today they added the “fire lane” when they repainted the parking lot. Plus the quality of the apartments are way lower quality than others for the same price or less in the area. Their “fitness room” has 3 machines. Their laundry room constantly floods, so they only allow 3 or so machines to be going at once for the whole complex. They don’t follow up on service requests. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE."
"Itsel the New Manager, is awesome! She has great customer service skills, and she always follows through. The complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly. The parking lot could be improved. But for what you are paying, and the location to the river...its worth it. Its a comfortable place. I would highly recommend it. STAY +"
"I can't even begin to tell you how this is the worst place to live. Management is rude, they lose your rent checks thank god for receipts, not worth the rent they want you to pay, half the wash machines and dryers don't work and every day there is a flood in there, infested with roaches and fleas, maintenance doesn't even come to fix anything when you put in a work order my fridge has broken at least 3 times they replaced it and it did the exact same thing, homeless everywhere, drug dealers living and distributing in there, no guest parking rarely any parking for the tenants, cops are there daily and raids going on at 3am and the list can go on I highly recommend you try somewhere else even if your desperate not even worth it."
"OK for the price. Website says $825 for 1 bedroom. We pay $750. Good at 750, not worth 825. I will say that the recently new management seems to be an improvement and the new maintenance guy is leaps and bounds better than the last one."
"This is the worse apartment complex you could ever live in. The place is a dump. The owner is a slum lord, who won't fix anything. Code enforcement has many violations on this property. And most of the people around here are either selling or doing drugs in plain view. The cops are here constantly. The tenants rummage through the garbage & bring it in their apartments. That's why this place is infested with roaches. And if you complain about anything, the owner will evict you without cause & keep your deposit. That's why he only does month to month leases. You've been warned."
