"Units are old and poorly maintained, the ceilings are still asbestos popcorn. Entire property has a major cockroach problem that the property owners have been ignore for the past year and refusing to treat. The “onsite laundry room” was out of order for several months and now they’ve removed the machines altogether and have failed to replace them or to give tenants a timeframe of when they will return. Pool has been closed long-term due to unsafe levels of contamination. Management is slow to respond to any complaints and reacts to each complaint with sass and deflecting blame onto the renters. Would not recommend ever renting a unit here. Attached photo is of a cockroach trap that was placed on our 2nd story patio for 3 only hours."
