"I have lived here only just over a year and a half, in my opinion this has been the best place I have lived. If you have a problem maintenance has it fixed quickly. And always done right. The management is above and beyond. I have never lived in apartment complex that I loved more then this one."
"My 2 roommates and I had an amazing time staying at the 98hundred apartment complex. The management and the maintenance team were wonderful, very quick, and helpful when needed. Besides the team working at 98hundred, the amenities and just the site itself was fantastic. They also frequently hold community events and gatherings which says a lot about the team and neighbors/community staying there. Would gladly stay there again if the opportunity arises."
"I was calling about my granddaughter first time moving in her first apartment and maintenance coming in the middle of the night and I did not appreciate how it was perceived… I think management could have been more understanding about a young girl living online instead of being condescending… people getting killed daily is serious to me and I take my grandchild first time living by herself seriously!!!!"
"Despite all the negative comments, I've lived here at 98 Hundred since January and the office staff and especially the Maintenance team,Have been one of the most pleasant and hardworking team I've experienced! Grounds are well maintained the property offers alot of great amenities. Every time I need assistance with anything leasing related Belinda and Lourdes are the dynamic duo! 9800 is my home for years to come!"
"I have had a great experience working with Lourdes during my move-out process. She is very prompt in her responses and keeps me informed about the next steps. My move-out process was a bit challenging, but she was very patient with me. I was able to resubmit a form to be more honest about why I had to end my lease early. I really appreciate her understanding and willingness to help. She could have told me that I couldn't redo the submission of the form, but she heard in my voice how honest I was and just needed to provide more details."
