"Everyone here is very rude, the management is gosh darn awful, they only care about what’s going on it the day but not what going on at night. All these changes/remodeling the management has made are for nothing, it still doesn’t change the fact that this place doesn’t have a problem with the equipment or how thing look but the people the live here. PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from this place no matter how desperate you are stay away! All these photos aren’t even what the apartment looks like. There’s always a new problem with these apartments if it’s not the cockroach infestation it’s the bad build quality of the apartment it’s self and if it’s not that it’s the PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE! I have been living here for about 10 years and it’s the same every time, no matter who they get to be the management they always promise to “make things better” but it’s a lies, I’m sick and tired of this. The management is not even aware of what goes on at night, violence (someone almost got stabbed here because they where getting robbed), KIDS smoking and always cause trouble, not to long ago people mainly kids where stealing door dash orders and other online packages, people always like to make a lot of noise in the night, rev cars, scream, argue, and starts fights. All these things going on make me concern for my 14 year old kid and my daughter since there a bunch of crazy people living, crack heads, and drug addicts. My wife got her car broken into 2 times, the first time they didn’t take anything valuable and didn’t leave damages and then the second time they where breaking in but my wife caught them and started yelling at them, lucky she didn’t get hurt. My 14 year old son has had traumatizing moments living here since he has been here is whole life lucky my daughter is more grown now but on the other hand he has experience bad encounters with people pibe here just from throwing the trash away. He doesn’t even want to go outside like he used to since his friends and him are scared of getting stabbed, shot up, or yelled at. The maintenance people don’t do a good job a fixing anything, the job is always unfinished, last time they came to fix my air conditioning and they said they would come back to paint the parts that needed to be painted but they never came (keep in mind this situation was almost a year ago and they still haven’t fixed it) when they were remodeling they didn’t install the window correctly, within the first use of it it came out of place. I wish they could fix problems like these but they can’t, there mainly cons but the only good thing is that the rent is cheap but you get what you pay for, cheap, ghetto, bad people, and bad service. I decided to write this message as I am fed up with all of these bad things."

"If I can save anyone from wasted time I will. I’ve lived here for 3 years and have 3 kids and always paid my rent never broke 1 rule here and it’s horrible the way you get treated. Cockroach infestation is beyond controllable and management says they will spray for pests but this is a band aid and they come back within a few days bed bugs will give u rashes and itchy every so often and they close the pool and gym whenever they feel like it. You will recieve unexpected charges late fees, harassed about parking or throwing away trash in your own trash can that you pay monthly for and god forbid you try to move out. They will try their best to suck every last bit of your hard working dollar out of you and will not care at all. They don’t care about your kids, they don’t care about you they care about $. The walls floors carpets are deteriorating mold is painted over as a quick fix and they did 5 inspections within the last 5 months and solved zero issues but enforce strict rules. They leave me and many other tenants no choice but to seek legal action because we’re all tired of being bullied in a roach infested HOA style of living and I speak for many other residents when I say I can’t wait to leave. Also shootings happen often and someone tried breaking in my house 3 times. My neighbor literally tried burning down his apartment next to me almost taking me and my kids with him. We were breathing in asbestos for weeks due to their lack of care for tenants. Rent increases as well, went from a 2 bedroom at 1200 to now 1800-2000. This is not a safe place"

"The management is insanely rude. There was a shooting and this is not the first. They are more concerned with towing your car out of your assigned spot than security. The roach problem is out of control. This place slaps a coat of paint on over black mold problem calls it a day. Heres the kicker. They already accepted several months on the rental assitance program. 8-9 months then decided to hold onto already approved checks and without notification and no onoe actually handing me an eviction notice the decided not to cash the latest of checks and file an eviction. super illigal and are getting sued for it. there are at least 4-5 other tenantes this has happened too. They are getting kick backs from the tow company to tow asw many as possible. Ive now had two cars stolen from the property and thats not the ones towed. Yes they were all current registraion. what use to be a $1100 1 bedroom dump is now a $1800 1 bedroom dump hence all the evictions just wait for the next inicrease not to mention this company is taking huge amounts of cash running illigal deep programs against Veterans and operators run by NSA just ask Linda Dennis and the Organised crime Rancho PD GL moving in here. Most of the tenants were pretty solid"
