"I have been a resident here for over 10 years. Jessica, the previous manager, and the previous staff would do a generally good job. They answered phone calls and did everything that was asked of them. Jessica would always face the issues that were there and took full responsibility of anything that happened. Now with the new manager CYNTHIA & the new staff they almost never answer. Cythia is almost never available and its especially horrible because the new staff never knows what to do and wants to redirect you to Cynthia... Because of this we have had to contact Cynthia's boss a couple times already. Only then will the issue be resolved immediately. For even one maintenance issue, almost every single time there has been put in a work order MULTIPLE times (up to 5). Once we even submitted a work order and no one arrived, we then received an email saying "work order completed"... There was an electricity problem we had and they took so long "fixing" it, once they did they submitted a "completed work order". Also, the new menu setup when you call them forces you to be redirected and leave a voicemail. There is also a problem with the dog poop. Under previous management this was much less of a problem, I don't remember too many issues with it. But recently it has been constant. We have proof of everything, records of emails and calls, and photos. because they usually deny their negligence. I do not doubt that if one day an accident or something serious happens at the complex it will be due to their negligence. I have talked to more neighbors about this type of problems and they are in the same situation, I hope that they will soon put their complaints here, since one day I wrote this type of problems on the apartment application portal and they never accepted my post because they obviously don't want more people commenting on the bad work they do here. That's why I decided to put it on Google, they don't have control and we can express the real problems that are experienced with the new staff. The last problem (that I'm sharing here) is that my washing machine is not working, I put in the work order a week ago, 3 days later they supposedly fixed it, they left it worse, about an hour later we realized that we went to the office and they have not come, according to them they have been attending to emergencies ALL WEEK. ALL WEEK WITH EMERGENCIES? We have been to the office about 5 times because it is urgent because the calls are not being answered, and redirected. Today LUCKILY they answered my call and told me that I have to wait until Monday, today is Saturday, I have to wait more days to wash. I am paying more in this complex than in other places because there is laundry here but I do not have access to my washing machine, so this month will they reduce my rent? Months ago I had a problem with the refrigerator, months and months reporting that the food was spoiling, I threw away a lot of food and a lot of money, they only listened until I spoke to the manager's boss! RIDICULOUS."
"I have lived here for a while and let me say I regret renewing lease . Neighbors will complain about things that aren’t even happening but yet when trying to address something to office they CAN’T ever resolve anything . My heater hasn’t been able to been fixed properly in months . Apartments are very old from inside . Seems like landscapers got days cut also . Pet owners never pickup after their pets and no one says anything . New management never answer the phone take them for ever. Always have to leave voicemails . I have called night patrol a few times and they never showed up . Not sure what’s the point of that ."
"Overall okay experience. They get an extra star because our new complex is an absolute nightmare in comparison. It took over 2 years for them to fix a hot tub but the maintenance team was always quick to respond to anything unit related. Parking was not too bad since the street is close and rent is reasonable. They allow you to pay rent online for only a $2 fee. Our new complex failed to mention they charge a $43 fee so paper checks it is. Good location as far as restaurants go and there is a brand new Sprouts nearby."
"Taking back my 5 stars. I’m totally frustrated with this new team. Bobby has this control thing going on and does not even try to hear the customer (sad part is other tenants were talking about him at the pool and how rude he was before I even spoke to him). Got my matters resolved with the management initially other than my maintenance request to change the things on the stove, then charged me $50 to clean them when brand new would have been cheaper. However, upon move out they jacked up charges charging me $500 for 5 gallons of paint. When I did my walkthrough they raved on how clean it was and how clean the walls were. I had a housekeeper in the house twice a week and most months wasn’t even in the home since we had 2 residences. For 1 year of staying there I had to cover a total new apartment repaint! What’s disheartening is I had to clean the apartment upon move in, the walls were nasty, tub was gross, toilet they couldn’t even flush it, no one would clean the stove upon me calling, fridge, etc. They did not even have a key for me as the tenant in my apartment or my mailbox I couldn’t access for the first month. I had to go pay for a key for the place. It was a nightmare but I was lenient and giving grace."
"The management here is a joke. I lived here for about 8 months. I had to move out early and paid the penalty which is fine as it is written in lease agreement. When I received the apartment, it was in very bad shape and I took pictures and sent them to management. They also took notes on move in sheet. 1. Apparently they Do not consider how the apartment was while tenants received it. They charged me full cleaning fee of $180, not considering anything about move in conditions. 2. They do not read emails and note any pictures you send them via email. I sent pictures of dryer, cabinet, sink and all other items just 3 days after I moved, but they never consider it until I had to call the corporate office and discuss this issue, at the end they refunded $40 what a joke... the management do not communicate between themselves, I sent pictures and talked to manager in person when I moved in, the new manager had no clue. 3. I cleaned completely our apartment with the list the provided, apparently the list is a joke, they will charge you complete cleaning fee no matter how you hand over the unit. Wasted 4 hours of our time cleaning our unit before move out. 4. I always used my own rugs on top of their carpet, they still charged full carpet cleaning fee at the end. I understand this. 5. They ignored my calls and emails while following up with my move out status, until I called the corporate office and then the manager started contacting me. Shameful. I had/have all evidence for whatever I wrote here. Please stay away from this place. The only positive thing was the maintenance crew. Few pics from dryer when we moved in."
