"The manager was very nice and always willing to work with me. They did a good job keeping up the apartment. Any concerns I had was addressed. Overall it was great for what I needed at the time"
"Terrible place to live. People playing loud music and screaming over the music for hours after midnight all the time."
"The worst place I have lived so far. Very rude maintenance guy who barely speaks English. Manager is understanding and polite. Property is old, dirty, door locks don’t work, and parking is hassle because they keep changing rules. Their main gate is always down, they never fix it. Most of the rooms are roach and bug infested. You get only one parking and open space is extremely limited and never empty. If you have two cars, you like clean environment, no-bug place, and to have access to maintenance, you will be very much disappointed. If your concern is not parking, cleanliness, bugs/roaches, then you might like this place. I would never ever recommend this place to anybody."
"LOTS of roaches that never went away in the 3 years I lived there (no matter how many times pest control came). Unresponsive management that you have to physically hunt down to get things done. Maintenance is okay-ish. Laundry rooms are old, unkempt and dangerous as there are constantly homeless people camped out inside to use the wall sockets to charge their phones. I've been cornered twice by homeless men. One of which asked me if I had any drugs he could buy. Had to text maintenance on the down low while the men had me in the corner of the room. Thank gosh maintenance came and saved me. Walls are paper thin, so you'll hear everything anyone on the complex is saying. A few residents feel the need to get drunk and physically fight, scream and yell with one another at 2am, leading the cops to come multiple different times. Right before I moved out the Sac Sherrif rolled up onto the complex and a bunch of deputies came out of their vehicles, hid behind cars in the parking lot and yelled on a megaphone for a neighbor of mine to come out because they had a felony warrant for his arrest. After a small standoff, the guy finally came out. The complex has gates for the parking lot, but they never work. They'll work for two days before they just get stuck open again. There are window units, no central air and no patios. This complex has proven itself to be unsafe. I would NOT recommended moving here unless you are desperate for affordable housing and plan on staying only temporarily."
"They wait until you renew your lease to change the agreed upon price without making it clear to you before you sign that they will be raising your rent. They break their own contract and as far as I am concerned, steal from their residents."
