"Moved in here in 2016 and management was great and now it is actually comically bad. As others recent reviews have mentioned, the current PM is terrible. Notice that any five star reviews are years old. Avoid this place at all costs, any moderate savings compared to a nearby complex is not worth the headache you will endure."
"Don’t move here. Since this new management, they’ve let trashy loud people move in. The last two families who have lived over me have been the noisiest neighbors ever. A lot of younger people (and i’m 20 saying this) have moved in here and they’re so noisy and inconsiderate for the people living around them. Very disappointed in how all of a sudden these apartments have gone to the gutter."
"I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST FOUR YEARS, THE WHOLE TIME I'VE LIVED HERE I HAVE FOUND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO BE AMAZING AND COMFORTABLE! THE MANAGER KRISTEN IS THE BEST REASON TO MOVE HERE! SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL! YOU WON'T FIND A MANAGER MORE FAIR AND HONEST! THE COMPLEX IS WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND MANAGED. THE OUTSIDE BUILDING AND GROUNDS ALWAYS LOOKS GREAT! THE APARTMENT IS WELL BUILT AND ALWAYS UPGRADE WITH EXCELLENT MAINTENANCE! CLOSE TO SCHOOLS AND SHOPPING PLUS 2 MINUTES AWAY FROM I-80! IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A WELL-MAINTAINED AND GREAT MANAGER LIKE KRISTIAN THEN THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO LIVE!"
"I had been a resident here and I just love it. Mindy, the property manager is just amazing...always helpful and organized. She runs a very tight ship here. The grounds look nice and there is never a problem with neighbors. I had looked around before renting here and saw many places that were much more expensive but not as nice."
"Management - 10/10 Location - 10/10 Layout / Amenities - 10/10 This is the best deal in Rocklin - Don't believe me then compare it to the neighboring complexes, Shaliko or Rocklin Manor. Granite Creek is a gem!"
