"I was charged a total of almost a total of almost $400 for 2 nights because of my pets. Basically I having been charged for the pets to have a room. For that price I should have been given a 3 and room. A dog barking all night. I was told I could switch rooms or leave. Not the problem guests. Only good thing was hot breakfast. Oh bottom of the door had like a 3 inch gap."
"The rooms were… rough. The walls were so thing. We heard every door opening and closing. The pillows were… something… and the bathroom was like a hospital. The front desk was amazing. Very thorough and friendly. But for a cheap spot, it came through."

"We got put into a handicap room without any notice. We were too tired to even say anything. Taking a shower was a challenge, considering the shower head was lower than my shoulder. The sink and mirror were located right next to the shower, and the water drain was right where you stood in front of the sink to brush your teeth, do your hair and makeup. I think someone dropped the ball when designing the layout of the bathroom. Yes, it would be fine for a handicap person, but if they are going to put non handicap people in it and charge the same rate as the other rooms, it needs to be designed for both, non handicap and handicap people. We booked our room through Expedia, and they had the wrong information regarding what was in the room. They stated there was a sofa in the room, and there wasn't. They also said the bathroom had a blow dryer (so I didn't pack one), there was no blow dryer. We even called the front desk to ask, but they don't have them. The only elevator that they had, the floor was so sticky and dirty, it was so gross. It stayed that way for the whole time we were there."
