"I applied online 3 days before the holidays. Paid the application fees for all the adults. I’ve been calling sent multiple emails to the leasing office and no response. After Christmas, I reached out to the leasing office again multiple times, no luck. I’ve been talking to the call centers and there’s not much they can do. They finally emailed me stating I was approved. I showed up to the leasing office waited for almost an hour in my car. A guy went into the office for quite a while and went outside locked the office. Long story short, manager Lauren was in the office the whole time I was waiting. Per Lauren, oh I’m sorry there are no units available only 1 bedroom apartment left. The units were generated when you applied. I told her I checked the website there’s no 1 bedroom available only 2 bedrooms. I told Lauren it’s not fair for people to pay application fees for a 2 bedrooms just for them to show up and get turned down. Lauren stated they will continue to post availability of a 2 bedroom online until the lease is signed. This is ridiculous! They are basically taking people’s money just to run the application knowing someone else already got it. I wouldn’t apply again at all. Save your money guys! Manager Lauren wasn’t very helpful at all."

"New management (Haven Residential) is terrible: it's not responsive to work orders, no one's ever in the office (during office hours), and much more greedy than the old one. Our rent increased about 20-30% in a year, and a lot of additional fees were suddenly added on. There are plenty of apartments in the area, avoid this one if you can."

"I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth this transition has been for me. I worked with a woman named Gabby, who went above and beyond to make my experience easy and enjoyable; and if that was a foreshadowing of what’s to come as far as the staff here, I’m in luck! She was patient and answered all of my questions, allowed me to tour both properties, even reached out to communicate just to check on how I was feeling about the entire process!! You all have a gem on your hands with this one!!"

"We have lived here for 6 years now and we've had our fair share of issues with management changing a few times. Fortunately we have an amazing manager now. I'm sure she has a work load and tons of people to deal with BUT she's got so much done for us. She is kind, responses quickly, and is great at her job. Gabby is there absolute best! Thank you for caring about your residents."

"I have lived here for about a year and i haven’t had a bad experience. When Sara was manager she was great with communication. When we had an issue with our neighbor downstairs, they offered us to move to a different unit without transfer fee. I go to the gym regularly as well so I also like that! I have not met the new staff but I’m sure they’re nice . Only bummer is that only 2 reserved parkings per unit and NO guest parking :("
