"Attended the Halloween party organized by the apartment complex and had an absolute blast! The staff went above and beyond to create a fantastic experience for residents of all ages. The event was incredibly family-friendly, with a plethora of activities catering to kids—coloring, face painting, and an exciting bounce house. The highlight was the well-organized trick-or-treating trail that was overflowing with delightful treats, making it a real hit among the little ones. Plus, the availability of delicious food and drinks added a great touch to the celebration. Kudos to the staff for their dedication and effort in making this Halloween party a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone!"

"Marissa and her team did it again. Food and games for the kids. Lots of interaction and fun. The trick or treat trail was brilliant. Kids got more than enough candy in a safe environment. Love what the management and staff do for us here at the apartments."

"We have lived here for a couple of years now and this place is amazing. The staff is incredible and they truly care about the residents. Maintenance is always fast and they do not cut corners. We’ve had a couple emergency maintenance things on weekends and one of them was a holiday weekend and on a Sunday. They did not hesitate to immediately get a plumber on site and by 12:30pm the problem was fixed. We appreciate their attention to detail and kindness towards all residents! They are constantly hosting community events and finding ways to serve. Recently they hosted a huge trick or treat trail and Halloween party and it was so much fun!"

"This has been the most fun and festive Halloween I’ve had in 10 yrs! I’ve never had so many trick or treaters in all the years combined! The staff worked so hard putting this together with homemade decorations, involving residents and creating magic and mystery in a safe space. It reminded me of the fun I experienced when I was a child. I’m looking forward to next years already."

"This place feels like home. You can exist in a community of apartments but here it’s a community of families that makes it a home. Before moving here my partner was a tenant for five years. When we decided to move in together we looked at all the existing complexes and homes that were for rent. We had agreed what was necessary in an apartment / house and Arbor Pointe was top of the list. What sealed the deal is their attentiveness from start to finish when signing the lease. Indiana was accommodating with my schedule since I was living in Richmond at that time. Finalizing the paperwork was painless and a breeze being the leasing team organization. An added touch, you can spin a wheel to win a welcome prize and we ended up coming home with a ring camera. Like that we moved in! Marissa, John & Indiana put together community events that bring the families together. Last night for instance they went above and beyond with a Halloween Trick or Treat bash, customed decorations for stopping stations along the treat trail, and more! What stands out are the little things. For me the little things this complex offers is a huge impact in feelings about living here. Jay, JP and maintenance staff are quick to response to any apartment or facility issues. I love using the Active Building app to keep up to date with our service requests or notifications the leasing team sends. Another plus is they allow pets. There are pet stations conveniently located in different corners; our neighborhood is respectful and we discard, keeping our lawns clean. We live in a gated community, security cameras, an Amazon package center, a small gym, pool, plenty of open parking, fireplaces, in home washer and dryers, one designated parking port, playground with bbq pits, and a clubhouse with WiFi and treats. Location is prime here too. Sits right off the 50, close to two grocery stores, gas stations, American River, Folsom Lake, bike trails and minutes away from plazas. Best yet we’re but a few hours away from Tahoe or Yosemite. There’s no place like home."
