The Eleven Hundred

"This place is one of the worst apartments here in Sacramento. They have security that never responds. I moved in here about 5 months ago. When I moved in I was not told of the hidden utility fees. Before moving in I told them about a door that was bein held together by screws and was not safe. I was told they would fix it but 4 months later still nothing. I had my car hit by another car during a police chase through the apartments and was told there's nothing they can do to fix it. I've been locked down in the apartments 2 times because of police activity wouldn't allow me to leave. The only good thing about these apartments are the employees, they are very respectful at all times. On top of everything they say contact the office so they can fix things yet they don't fix anything hahaha this place is a joke. It won't allow me to add pictures or I'd add pictures of the doors and my car."

"The security never responds ever. No matter the situation they won't answer or do anything. This place is run down. Maintenance bairley ever fixes things. They just tell you they will or they tell you they're waiting on the piece/part to fix whatever it is that's broke. Beware this place has hidden utility fee's. There's always shootings and car meets in the apartments. There security never comes when you call them. They just stay parked next to the office all night. This place is all around an unsafe place to raise children or for anyone to be at."

"I would like to give 0 stars...The apartments are put together cheaply and overpriced. I cannot access several drawers in my kitchen because the stove extends past them. The dishwasher doesn't fit its space so its constantly falling forward. The water bill is based on the usage of the entire building not just my unit! I have lived here roughly 2 months, and on several occasions a large police (at least 20 cars) has locked the complex down. I wish I had never moved here and would never recommend anyone to do so."

"Great place to live, neighbors are very quiet, Parking is great.. I got a newly renovated apartment with all new appliances. The office staff: MINA was very helpful. She helped me from start until the day I moved in and she is always there when I have questions."

"The gates are always open overnight, letting individuals that do not even live there to come and go as they please. So what is the point of a security gate, which is the main point that attracted me to live there. The police are always coming there for one reason or another. One other issue when signing your contact read it very carefully because they do not explain the utilities portion. It's one thing to pay utilities but they do not have individual meters for water and heating water charges, so they divide charges on how many people are in each apartment not on the actual use that each apartment is using."
