"Under new management/maintenance that are a curious breed of degenerates. Cars have been broken into, property stolen. Never had to worry so much about your personal property in this gated complex before. Property looks like the dollar store threw up on it. Always smells of marijuana. 25% rent increase, that’s not how you treat your great long-standing tenants. Renters Beware"

"I lived in this complex for about 2 years and my experience was very positive. In this property we lived at a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at a very reasonable price. Before living here I lived at a more luxurious community, which looked nicer and was much more modern. The steep prices difference, however, was much more than the trade of in the quality of living between the properties. In fact, the Riverpark apartment is bigger and the area feels safer and more intimate. In addition, the owners of the property are very great respectful people. They're very nice and understanding. The only reason I might take a star away is that some people might not like the train noise at this property as it is very close and laud. For me however it because kinda unnoticed after some time living here. This place all in all is getting 5 stars because they are now remodeling the evacuated apartments. So the new tenants will enjoy a more modern living. I just hope the price don't hike much with the renovation."
