The property manager at Arden Park is totally accountable for all community operations taking place.. this place looks way different then before... it looks beautiful, clean for all day to day...whaoooo ones again thank you for all the maintenance community, appearance and ensure repairs and upgrades in our apartments on timely basic, thanks for the requires regular community inspection, and tours... you guys are doing a Greatttttt!!! "I moved in and first night there i found out they had roaches and barely tried to solve the problem by exterminating just my apartment. They then moved me to a new apartment when they still had a roach infestation. All of the tenants seem used to the idea of the bugs when I mentioned them. Management didnt seem concerned or embarassed about the infestation. I was told to spray them if i saw any. I took pictures and got out of there as soon as possible. Worst first apartment experience for me and it was heartbreaking."
