"This place is a nightmare, I wouldnt recommend it, unless you are a woman from St Johns , then you will fit right in. Manager is on the board and discriminates if your not from the program. Just been sold so expect the rent to go up."

She takes pride in everything she does here and has met and exceeded every need I've had. Very clean and well put together apartments. Love it here can't wait to raise my daughter in the safety of Oak Plaza our new home."

"The new manager made each tenants parking space their apartment # Not safe....the reason that a tenants parking space should not be their apartment number is just in case someone follows you home, than they won't know where you live....also,limited parking. Not enforced and people keep parking in other tenants parking spots not okay at all."
