They were patient and extremely accommodating to my requests when looking at this property. Been here for 2 months and have nothing but great things to say! Yes, the guest parking is rough but that comes with close to downtown living. 5 stars!"

"I Moved in late August and the stay I had was the best experience I had in a very long time in comparison to " Woodlands" "Pheasant Point " and others, so moving here was a breathe of fresh air. First thing I noticed upon being introduced to the staff was Chris who made the move in experience extremally comfortable and easy. 1. Move in - 5 stars First within scheduling for the move in, Chris showed me to 3-4 different units to make sure my new home was one more suited for both my budget and comfortability. The tour of just the complex alone was engaging and informative. Every question i asked came with an understandable answer. Once I officially became an tenant, Chris made sure he understood my move - in dates aligned with my needs. the transition to move in was very helpful. 2. Staff members - 5 stars Ever question i need to be walked through on, i was made sure that i understood before leaving any of there offices. i didn't feel Ignorant or belittled for not knowing, nor was i taken advantaged of for not knowing anything. i am always greeted with a smile from every staff of Maven. i never felt any discomfort from any of them. 3. Community/events - 5 stars The reason i am making sure i highlight this topic is because I am fairly new to being a part of any social events at the apartment complexes i have stayed at before. The "Wine & Sip" Events are super fun and warm. The people at Maven are nice. The staff at the event to prioritize comfortability for every one that participates. the timing for their evets are thoughtful and is a great way to unwind from a long days work. People mind their own business here. i feel although, its a lot of young professionals that live here and that vibe is felt pretty early. 4. The Apartment - 5 stars The apartment i stay in does not have gorgeous view however, its patio is very generous on space. The cabinets all work lol and isn't disfigured. The units are unique depending on the type I assume but the quality is universal. The Bedrooms are extremally spacious and so is the closet. If you are in the living room you can hear outside a bit if someone is being extremely loud in the stairwell but so the front door isn't blocking all the sound out. Also, They have a dog spa for the tenants and every one is extremely respectful when it comes to cleaning up after themselves. 5. Ability to make alterations - 5 Stars I know most people aren't looking to do things like this but before i had an Artist " Demetris BAMR Washington " paint a mural inside my unit. i communicated my idea with Chris, and he made it very clear on what my abilities are and that it would be a process for moving out to repaint the walls to its original color. 6. Parking - 4 Stars Parking is a problem if you don't pay for it however, i feel as though if you communicate with the front office they can help. A dislike i have is how fast towing comes in and do their thing but its fairly expensive to pay for parking so i understand. This is a great place to stay overall"

"Parking sucks . They can at least give you 1 free parking spot for a 2 bed room place but no they want you walk 1/2 mile away from your apartment and pay 150$ a month for parking spot. Also there are plenty of open parking spot not claimed but they will still tow you. They are definitely just trying to make extra money. No this is not a resort, me and my brother cars got broken into and stolen. Think twice before putting application in for this place."

"The Maven on Broadway has overall been one of my favorite apartments that I have lived in. It feels like living at a resort. Those working in the leasing office are great and friendly. They answered all of my questions promptly. The amenities are clean and pretty new. I came from living in midtown proper, so from what I am used to it is fairly quiet and clean compared to other options in Sacramento. It is also very dog friendly; my dog has more friends in the complex than me."

"Maven is perfectly located right outside of downtown and where you can quickly access both major freeways. The management team and Chris have been kind and attentive to our needs each time we bring something to their attention. We’ve lived here for a little under a year now and we have enjoyed our time so far. Community events are a plus for me and my partner and the team goes out of their way for engagement and it’s greatly appreciated and helps us meet other tenants and have some fun. Super close to a dog park, golden one center, great food and amazing amenties. For the cost and proximity to downtown for a nice suburban community- you really can’t go wrong with Maven."
