Castle Gardens Apartment

"I have lived across the street from these apartments for 8 years now. I own a home in the neighborhood and honestly they bring the property leave down and crime rate up. There is always an incident happening people fighting at all hours of the night. I wish they would either go under new management or get rid of it."

"There is an ad for an apartment available there now. I wrote inquiring about the property several times on multiple ads before getting the response “Are you interested?” Well of course I am if I’m inquiring about an ad for an apartment for rent. That kind of put me off, not super bright. I said “I am.” But I pointed out there wasn’t a picture of the kitchen or bathroom. Which I found odd. So I asked questions such as have those rooms been upgraded? Is the stove gas or electric. Is there a refrigerator? In the bathroom is it a tub/shower or just a shower? Etc…I saw that he has read it and he has yet to get back to me. Huge turn off by the ad not having proper pictures. This guy not getting back to me for days and when he does and I ask questions, he didn’t bother to get back to me. So no thanks. If that’s and indication how tenants are treated I’ll live elsewhere! Apartment managers and owners are a special breed."

"There are no town homes. The apartments are all 1-bedroom and on the small side. The neighbors are usually quiet. The grounds are well-kept with nice flowers and bushes. The grass and bushes are trimmed weekly. BLVD has improved the property and the manager is responsive to the needs of the tenants. I have been content to call this place my home for 8 years."
