The Palms Apartments

"The management at this place is absolutely garbage and is very shady. I moved out about 11 months ago after I gave them notice weeks prior to moving. Come to find out I owe almost 10k and they marked me as an eviction and didn’t say ANYTHING when I returned my keys. They also were mailing documents to the wrong address and didn’t reach out in any other form. Now I have a hit on my collection due to their negligence. DO NOT RENT HERE"

"My light in my kitchen was fixed but I'm still waiting for the light outside Apartments 390 and 386 in the breezeway to be replaced it's been out for a month, I've been to the office three times to report it and nothing repeat nothing has been done about it is dark walking up the stairs and I tripped the other night. You really need to fix this instead of ignoring it somebody could really get hurt. So for the fourth time can you please fix this please don't ignore it this time"

"My husband and I applied to live in Palms on 02/21 and we did not receive a response until today, 03/04. We pay for the application for nothing. 140 dollares thrown away. Nobody answers the phone, only the person who responded to the email is the one who takes care of the case, nobody ever knows anything. We applied for the condominium next door and within two days we already had the apartment key in hand. Terrible service from Palms."

"This Apartment complex has the ability to be a great place to live. I have lived here since June of 2022, and the parking here is ridiculous. They do nothing to remove the people who are parked in the complex with no permit. They tell you to put everything in an email And then they never address the issues. We have to park outside of the gated complex Most days. You are forced to pay for Valet trash where you put your trash outside of your door and they come and pick it up every morning, which is very inconsistent. some days they don't come at all. And you can't opt out of it. And they charge you $35 for that, and it just breads nasty conditions. I am not a fan of seeing trash outside of everybody's door every day and then when the trash leaks and stains up the walkway And the landings maintenance , nobody comes and cleans up the mess , but we're forced to pay for"
