Meridian Apartments

"The apartments are so loud. ;( The walls are paper thin. The maintenance men blow their machines for two to three hours straight. If you work nights DONT LIVE HERE. There’s no early morning courtesy from maintenance. They even come into your patio and hook there water hose to your water or use your power from your porch to do the apartment maintenance and that is YOUR bill. If it’s going to take them 3 hours they need to begin in the afternoon when everyone is already up, common sense. Oh, and there is nothing for kids to do here, no playground, so be prepared for a thousand kids in the parking lot unmonitored. Every time I drive in the parking lot I have to wait for a baby and the club little rascals to get out of the road. And if the baby isn’t in the road don’t worry, the neighbors dogs will definitely be in the road roaming the apartments without a leash or owner and barking at you as if they pay bills. :)"

"I had a very bad experience with this place. I was new to the area and so I was put in an apartment with two roommates for strangers. This is not the problem. The problem occurred when two roommates left before their lease was up, and I was left holding the bill for all three. I paid my portion but was still sent to collections to cover the other two . I was told I could find these two strangers and have them pay me. Trust me this did not happen. Please learn from my mistake and stay far away from this place!!!!! furthermore, when I called to talk to their billing department I was greeted with no professionalism what so ever. It was a complete joke !"

"The apartments are great. The only thing I don’t like is the new manager. She’s really picky and makes it hard to feel comfortable in your own apartment where we are paying rent. She doesn’t like anything. She’s rude at times. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the manager. The apartments are great but it’s really hard to live there when the manager complains about everything. It’s her way or no way. So that’s something to consider before moving in. Other than that, the apartments themselves are great. Everyone in the apartments complain about how rude, disrespectful and mean she is."
