"One of the worst complexes I’ve ever lived in. The laundry machines are constantly down, and work solely off an app based service (CSCPay) that doesn’t even work properly. The keys to access the laundry/pool/gym, rarely work as expected and you are limited to one per unit. The net on the basketball court is constantly being destroyed as well as the fence. The parking is tight, so people take up multiple spaces or just scrape/ding your car… a bunch of little things that add up over time that show the managers don’t really give a damn about their tenants, as long as they are getting paid and vacancies are being filled. Edit: 3 months later still having the same issues not being able to enter/use the laundry room. BBQ area is constantly trashed with food on the floor too. I feel bad for these folks but can’t wait to move out. :)"

"I was extremely excited to know I would be moving here. Being disabled has made it difficult to find a place to live. Then they spoke to my now landlord who gave me a horrible review and they raised the cost of my deposit. My landlord now is an evil man who won't fix anything that is wrong in the house. He decided to be vengeful and said horrible things about me. This place only believed him and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. They then deleted my whole account as if I had never applied and been approved with them. Don't let the kindness of these women fool you as I did. I am completely distraught over what happened. Their unkind words and accusations caused so much stress I had an episode with my neuro disorder. The only positive and why I gave a 3 is that the remodeled units are very nice."

We immediately noticed many problem with the apartment. 1st the sink disposal does not work. 2nd the toilet won’t flush at all. 3rd the water in the shower won’t drain: I was really excited to move into my first new apartment but having all these problems is really annoying me and it shouldn’t be like this."
