"When I first moved here 3yrs ago these apartments were comfy and peaceful, now it's so uncomfortable, annoying, etc. The managers have no control over the community. One lady that works in the office, Imani, I guess that's how you spell her name, she's so annoying. She has a snotty attitude and a smart mouth, no customer service skills whatsoever. The back of the apartments is trash, literally. There are always people hanging out, working on cars, blasting music at all hours of the day, throwing trash everywhere, having sex in their car. People's cars are always getting broken into, and license plates have been stolen. We can barely walk in the back because there's this huge dog that lives back there and barks at everyone and tries to break down the patio door and the owners never do anything about it. They are also rude and disrespectful to the neighbors around here. But we can't complain to management about anything because they never do anything. The only reason why I'm still here is because the rent is cheap, but they are slowly increasing everyone's rent."

I wasn’t aware of the programs and help they offer. thank you to Von, for giving me information that will help me a ton and informing about the afterschool program that’s offered here in the complex for kids. Now my son won’t be bored home after school! thank you so much Von !!!!"

"I have been living here for over a year now and this place has been pretty great for the price. Neighbors are mostly families and children, or young couples. The maintenance here is amazing!!!! And they have the same people for a long time, managers stay the same and they live on the complex. I feel like this place is a hidden gem compared to a lot of places I have lived. The manager Lyndsay always makes sure things get done around here and she is very fair as a manager and very kind. Rent price stays consistent and when it is raised it’s so small and prices stay affordable. If I ever have to move, it would be tough for me. I’d have to have a very good reason to. Sometimes it can be loud at night because we are close to a highway and sometimes truck drivers park in the lot next to the complex, but these noises are expected due to the area. It’s comparable to living close to the city. But most nights are quiet. There is hardly any crime in the area, which is a huge plus. And if there are any issues, this place has a security officer that comes out and patrols the area. This is why I give this place 5 stars."

"Keisha and the front staff were very very resourceful and professional. The clubhouse is very nice and spacious and the location of this apartment complex is about 3 minutes from an elementary school which is very convenient and nice."
