"I love this place! You can tell that the owner, property management company, and property manager (Jean) takes a lot pride in the complex. I had no idea how terrible my old place was until I was settled at Mediterranean Village. Seriously, the complex is beautiful, my neighbors are awesome, and my apartment is nice. (Spacious, beautiful fixtures, lovely patio, etc) It does not feel like I’m just renting, it feels like home. Jean and her little Yorkie Daisy are the best. Seriously. My fiancé and I are lucky to be here :)"

"Having lived here the last 2.5 years I can truly say that all of these staff and facilities at this apartment complex are all 5 star! The property is meticulously maintained and landscaped with plenty of trees and greenery. The management of the property is very well organized and Jean is easy to reach/contact. Which leads me to the maintenance staff, all requests are responded to in a VERY timely manner and with your needs in mind. Had we not bought a house, we would have continued to live here as long as we could have. Thank you guys for making our experience wonderful!!"
