"Ardendale Apartments is such a nice place to live. Office staff like Mahogany make apartment living much better, she’s always super nice and attentive to tenant needs. The grounds are always clean and concerns are always taken care of right away. Our apartment itself is also very nice, warm/hot water is always available and quick, the floors are nice, and the bright and airy interior makes even small spaces feel bigger. Relocating from out of town to Sac, my husband and I are so happy to have chosen Ardendale Apartments as our home."
