Ashford Heights Apartments

"Going to keep it short and simple since I have stories about this place. Let's just say I'm installing cameras in to save myself since they just tried to accuse me of something and try to charge me thousands of $$$$. The maintenance manager lied and when the PROFESSIONALS found the leaking pipes eventhough the maintenance manager said "there was no pipes running through" then the office said "it was a miscommunication" eventhough it wasn't! They just don't want to admit their mistakes! Now I need cameras to protect myself from them coming in my home while I'm not there! If I didn't have someone there they could've purposely tampered with my stuff. If the maintenance manager has a problem with you, it seems he will do whatever he can to get you kicked out, simple as that."

"Moved into Ashford Heights in November 2023, I haven’t had any issues or problems!!!! Office staff and maintenance staff are all great at making sure any issues are taken care of in a very timely manner!!! Lisa McKnight"

"The problem is not the apartment is the people administered this this complex because dont have respect no are professional special the manager and supervisor they are racist with Hispanics resident if need any service never due. The supervisor ever is seat in the office i think do not have the capacity to fix it. Something. The manager ever is disrespectful but ever only say the resident tell her the resto the team if can not eat and dress property les speak also in his main office of fist point never responded if have some problen. the manager of the property david never responded if this company dont have the capacity to resolve. Or the beast actitud the owner need think in other companies to administer his property we are person no animals we need some services is his obligation like employee this people do not are the owner"

"first moving in my apartment I could tell my unit was old.. could’ve been cleaned more n had minor issues before move in but maybe because it was a rushed move in.. anyways , any concern I had though they sent someone up to check it out and fix & I loved that!! Had ups and down but more of my personal reasons and honestly these apartments do look out for you if you need any help within your home! Had a small roach problem but was fixed quickly after few pest control calls. They keep the grounds clean for most part and I had overall a good experience with maintenance and staff."

"I love my apartment!! I would have chosen a downstairs but none were available. I actually love upstairs apt I can leave windows open at night or when I’m gone. I have a beautiful view in most rooms, AC, W/D stacks, management is great and really keep the complex looking good, and makes sure all rules are kept."
