"Pros: spacious and the jacuzzi is nice, close to UCD campus, good parking! Cons: Crazy insane amount of cockroaches the leasing office brushed off as "water beetles" GIRL... THOSE ARE ROACHES. Also, you can wave bye bye to your security deposit, and they'll likely charge you in addition to that after you move out."
