Hillsdale Gardens Apartments

"I lived in Hillsdale Garden Appartment for almost 4 years. Apartment managers was very helpful in arranging maintenance as soon as it was requested. The residents are very friendly and over all it is incomparable with the surrounding apartments. I moved from this apartment because of my family size. It is close to shopping center, freeways and colleges. The complex has beautiful swimming pool, playground and barbecue."

"The apartment is very nice and clean. The management is doing great job after any previous tenant's leaves. They replace carpet and renew any used item inside the house. I'm living hear more than a year and so far found the management very cooperative and responsive."

"My two friends and I moved stayed here for a three month internship. We weren't aware that we had to give a month notice prior to moving out and lost ~$3000 because they made us pay for an extra month. We didn't really have furniture and spent most of our time at work, so our use of the apartment was minimal. They have a list of things that they charge you for when you move out and just the top three things were enough to make use lose all but 26 dollars of our $700 dollar deposit. They always repaint the apartment and always do cleaning and carpet cleaning. They have these things to a science (the walls are painted with the most matte color to maximize stains, etc.) They were kind enough to point out that if we turned in our keys at the time that we said we would, they may be able to find replacement tenants and get us money back. It was great not even having the opportunity to spend any of the additional month we paid for on site. The other reviews offer a good summation of how these guys run this place. Some of their practices are sketchy and their staff offers no help."
