"Forget about getting your deposit back even if you keep the place spotless and flawless. They will make up bogus servicing and cleaning fees to keep your deposit. I even arranged a walk through before moving out and they said everything looks great and we won't be changed for anything we are not responsible for. And then that wasn't the case. It is suspicious that they don't have any bad reviews. They might be deleting bad reviews and so who knows how long mine will stay."

"Hi Everyone, I do not write reviews in general, but writing this one as I am positively surprised by the customer service and the overall experience I had with Rebecca Seltzer and the Sundance management team. I am an upcoming graduate international student. I was looking for a spacious house close to campus. A senior of mine suggested that I should search for houses among Tandem Properties houses as they are well maintained and they manage even on-campus houses. Rebecca and the team were extremely helpful in the process: they did a live video tour, explained to me in detail about all the facilities, and answered my queries patiently. The lease signing process was very smooth and they guided me as required. I am looking forward to living in this community!"

"Absolutely loved Sundance apartments! Danielle was so sweet and genuinely cared about her residents along with Arianna her assistant! They came up with the cutest care packages every month and went the extra mile on residents birthdays. So cute! Apartments are nice and spacious and maintenance with Hector was super easy and always taken care of right away!"

"I will be a new resident at Sundance this upcoming Fall and I am writing a review to shout out a great off campus housing option for any UCD student both undergrad or graduate student as well (I’m an undergrad for reference) I was on the fence with choosing west village (across the street) or Sundance…had a mediocre experience at west village they did not seem to care to help at all! BUT I am so happy I chose a smaller complex for the following reasons: -Management: Danielle and her team are the perfect example of what customer service should be. I’ve had horrible experience with landlords in the past in Davis but here at Sundance, I feel welcome and the team was patience with my questions and walk me through the leasing process. When I called the office with any concerns I had, the assistant Arianna always answer and was very helpful. -Amenities: Although Sundance is a small complex they offer a few amenities like the big pool, spa, sauana, and there is a new services that I am excited about called the care program. This program has free birthday gift, free printing, rent raffle, and my favorite which is the monthly care packages. -Location: Great location if you want to be close to campus about 1 mile. Unitrans bus lines are available in front of the office and since I am planning to use my bike or car mostly, there is bike parking and balcony space to park your bike. Uncovered parking is free too but I plan on buying a covered parking for my own car that I am bringing. Price: I chose the individual lease program which is more pricey but it comes with free internet, water, sewage, trash, and a huge private room with my own bathroom and living room.The floor plan is huge and is worth the price especially being so close to campus. The amenities as mentioned above is also included so it is more inclusive than most properties in Davis. I look forward to living at this community for my last year at UCD! So far my experience has exceeded my expectations. I will update this review after I move in!"
