"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. WASTE OF TIME. I had an appointment to check out the apartments, but there was no one at the leasing office. There was a sign that said they will be back at 3:00pm, it is now 4:48pm, and the number I called on the sign wasn’t even their number. Horrible leasing office and horrible workers, WASTE OF MY TIME. Do not make an appointment with them."

"I lived here for about 2 years from 2020-2022, and everything about the apartments are horrible. The first week I moved in the oven handle broke and a cabinet handle broke off. The ac through the summer broke and I was living in hell with the apartment reaching up to the 90s inside. The winter was the fun part. Winter 2021 our apartment completely flooded. Bathroom roof was pouring down waterfall. We called maintenance and they couldn’t do anything that day because it was raining. So they had us leave the apartment. We had to be out of the apartment for about a week? You think in a week all that damage was fixed? No. Comes winter 2022 and guess what not only was the bathroom flooding, but the hallway too and the dining room area. There was mold and we didn’t even get a response or anyone to fix that. We had to leave our apartment because it was inhabitable and management could care less they want their money. Don’t rent here."

"I lived in this dump for a year. Tons of pest issues. My a/c and hot water both went out and it took over 2 months for maintenance to even respond. This apartment complex loves letting trash pile up. The complex is disgusting. Service requests will be ignored. I am so grateful I left this complex and I will continue to make sure no one ever rents from avenue 5/Waverly Flats"
