"I have been at this apartment complex for a month. And so far, my experience here has been great! Zoe is wonderful and very friendly! Maintenance is also awesome! There was a few things I inquired about upon moving in regarding a few things in the apartment needing to be replaced and it got done immediately. I have it experienced any problems as far as bugs or rodent problems. There are a lot of squirrels and birds and I personally like that a lot. I’m on the outer part of the complex and have no issues what so ever. Neighbors are not noisy, always good parking. I will say, like any other Aprtment complex, some people keep their area cleaner than others. But I don’t view that as the property manger or owners fault because that’s anywhere you go- some people are just that way regardless of where they live. The inside of my unit particularly (can’t speak upon all units) is a decent size unit with a fairly spacious back yard area. Some appliances are new, some old but mostly everything is fairly new and in good condition. Lots of storage and also has washer/dryer hook ups. The walls seem to be pretty thick from what I can tell, I hardly ever hear much even within the house. I believe for the price, It’s a steal! A lot more positive than negatives In my personal experience here : ]"

"Though property is a bit old, it has great management. Zoe, the property manager, is super friendly and maintenance is quick. The maintenance guy Juan is very fast. My kitchen sink had a leak and Juan came the same day we called Zoe about it. Monthly rent rate is competitive; probably lowest in Davis. Recommended"
