Mirador Apartments

"The slumloards pay the mortgage but the cockroaches own it. The thieves run wild. One of the worst areas I've ever lived in. I woke up my first morning there to see a car on fire in our parking lot and someone walking casually by at 5 am A police chase ended in our parking lot. The apartment complex was surrounded by police cars another time when someone was holding another person, hostage inside their apartment. Our parking lot was used to strip parts of stolen cars. People walk around there ALL NIGHT long yelling, kicking cans, throwing glass, shooting up, playing music, and driving up and down the streets. The smell of cooking brought out cockroaches. They literally ran all over the counters trying to grab the very food you were trying to serve. Even toast. Cockroaches of all sizes ran around my floor. One dropped from the ceiling onto my telling when I was trying to towel dry off. The bed had to be pulled away from the wall to minimize the number of cockroaches that found their way onto my bed. During the last week I lived there, a car bomb went off at 10 pm that shook the neighborhood."

"This place raised rent to $1,050 . Roach infested ppl with bedbugs. It doesnt matter if you are a clean person. U will have pest control issues here. The maintence takes forever to fix anything if they do. Theres mice do to all the garbage in parking lot. Nothin but tweakers and riff raff."
