Wonderful Family Style Grounds, pet playground, Several BBQ grills! Resort Style Amenities! Which I Greatly Enjoy! My Favorite is the Fire Pit by the pool, The Billiards in the club house/community room, the library & movie room! & Best of all THE ROOF-TOP!! Great for a Family Get Together! Adequate parking! I Definitely Feel Safe coming home late at night they have very Good Lighting! Right On The 225 Bus Line!! Minutes from Vons & Walmart , Shopping Mall, Eating Establishments, AMC Movie Theater, Chula Vista Public Library, Parks! Close to the 125 & 805 Freeways. Last but not Least, with the exception of 1 Arrogant & Discourteous Leasing Agent; The Staff is Professional, Knowledgeable, Helpful, & Try to Make you feel Welcome! Honestly, not only do I Love Living Here, I am Proud To Live Here!"

"Nobody answers the phone and when they do, you can’t talk to the person you are looking for. They tell you they will call you back. I waited 2 weeks one time and I finally called them. They answered. Said they would call me back end of day or the next day. Nothing. I haven’t received a call back in like 4 days now. I just want to get my rent return as I paid for the whole month but moved out early Jan. Also they signed me up for a liability policy even though I DON’T live them anymore or in the state. I need assistance seeing as I am not getting help at all. Overall, live somewhere else."

"I love this place moved here from Pasadena it’s very peaceful and quiet they have 8 buildings so not everyone hears the same thing as far as noise I live in the side of the fire station where police hang out so it’s pretty quiet very beautiful community I go live streaming all the time where 100s of people say it’s a beautiful luxury community all the amenities you need not only is the community beautiful the area is definitely a place you can call home if your tired of the city life. "I am appalled by the living conditions at The Avalyn apartment complex in Chula Vista, CA. The thin walls and cheap building materials make it impossible to enjoy any peace or quiet. I can hear every footstep, every dropped object, and every door slam from my neighbors below me. The noise starts early in the morning and continues well into the night, making it difficult to sleep. Also people come in and out the building at really late hours of the night, slamming doors and talking very loudly without a sense of respect for other tenants living in the building especially for the hours they're coming in. The lack of respect for other tenants is a major issue. The hallways and common areas often smell like marijuana and pet waste. I've also seen rats on multiple occasions, indicating a serious pest control issue. The presence of a large number of Section 8 tenants is not a problem in itself, but the behavior of some individuals has created a sense of insecurity and unease. I've witnessed police activity on a regular basis, including apartment breaches, domestic disputes, and arrests. The overall atmosphere is chaotic and unsafe. I strongly advise against renting at The Avalyn. The high rent is not worth the constant noise, lack of hygiene, and pervasive sense of insecurity. I am counting down the days until my lease is over and I can escape this nightmare of an apartment complex."

This property is amazing and has a luxury vibe. My pet has met alot of furry friends at the wonderful pet park and amenities . thank you for making this a place to call home."
