"I absolutely love living here I’m leaving because husband is in the navy and we have to be in Florida for like a year and then we will come back and I will definitely will try to be back in this complex Tammy the landlord is amazing she was always on the top of eveything if something for some reason didn’t work or need it to be fix people were there in less that hour I spend pregnat around 3 months by myself and everyone were so nice and helpful my neighbors are great they don’t bother nothing seriously this is an amazing complex to live in, areas are so nice and the administration is always trying their best I will say just some people don’t clean after their dogs but that’s not the complex fault even that they send emails alll the time about it anyways I’m so sad I left but I will be back you will love living here also a huge plus is righr by the highway so you are like no joke no traffic other thing is the windows you closed them you don’t hear anything so is amazing !!! The workers the landlord everyone are so nice !! Thank you for this great year tte first home of my baby I will never ever forget awww I will miss you guys so much"

"The property management and maintenance team are very helpful, and always available during their allotted times, sometimes longer. The apartment was very nice, and while some of the amenities listed aren't ready yet, they are very obviously being worked on. The only real complaint I have about the complex is they are very bad at keeping the dumpster areas and the pathways leading towards them (mostly the large stairway down from the apartments) clean, and they do not enforce people cleaning after their dogs so the smell of feces is prevalent in certain areas near bushes etc. Other than that I really enjoyed my year living there."
