"Esther Hernandez, the manager, is rarely available over the phone or in person. The o my time I was able to speak with her, I was discouraged from applying and told I wouldn't be given an application unless I made an appointment. She's not flexible with those times either. I've been to the office twice and waited about 45mins and no one is in the office. It was not during lunch times either. The maintenance guy was around and clearly got in touch with her. He said she would be back soon but it never happened."
