Guava Gardens Apartments

"I was looking for a place for my mom to rent that was in a senior complex and I hit the jackpot with Guava Gardens. The staff was welcoming and friendly and we got her all moved in and settled in less than a week. She loves the safety and security of the complex and I feel confident she will be taken care of well if she were to need anything. It is in an excellent central location convenient to shopping and Kaiser. Parking is an issue and that is the ONLY negative."
