"We moved in about a month ago and I can honestly say this is one of the nicest, well-managed apartment complex I’ve ever lived in or visited. It’s very clean and well kept, theyre on top of taking the trash out, replacing doggie bags, replacing anything that needs repairs. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, Shai the office manager is so sweet and helpful, they really take care of their residents here. I would definitely recommend living here if your lucky enough to nab a spot, you get a free parking garage and some of the units like ours have a small yard attached to the unit with a sliding glass door. I can’t believe all we get for the affordable price we pay. Not to mention you’re right by the freeway, the carlsbad mall, close to the ocean and all these shopping centers off el Camino. Amazing! Love it here!!"

"My boyfriend and I moved into a one bedroom this past October and we absolutely love it! Shai, the office manager, has been so incredibly accommodating since the day we applied for the apartment. She is so easy to communicate with and made our move in experience very pleasant. The property is very well taken care of, and we haven’t had a single issue with any neighbors. The apartment itself is very nice, we were eligible for an upgrade and had wooden floors put in and stainless steel appliances installed! The bedroom is also very spacious, and we love the little yard we have out back. Because we chose the upgrade option, Shai offered us a second parking spot instead of the usual one spot garage, which works out perfect for us because we both work pretty late. Overall, we have had an amazing experience at The Pointe and we look forward to settling here for a while!"
