Catherine and Brittany bent over backwards for me, from all my calls to questions to be accommodating and always with the most caring and warm hearts! They worked with me so much! The best managers and I looked at tons and they were by far the best! The apartment complex is super pretty and the cutest apartments! Super clean! and affordable! Even though I didn't get one this time, (only because I wanted a downstairs) I'm sad about it! I FOR SURE will be going here if I ever need one in the future! Hands down the best service and prettiest apartments in Escondido!"

"I have been living in my studio since December of 2020 and I am so happy to have recently renewed another lease. The staff at Woodlake has always been kind, respectful, and prompt. Brittany in management is always so helpful and ready to answer any question. Mike in maintenance always does an excellent job with any request. The complex is quiet and the residents are always kind. My pug loves his morning and afternoon walks around the community. He as well is very comfortable in the studio. It’s spacious and I adore the walk in closet. I’ve lived in a studio apartment before and it was nothing compared to this. It’s even comfortable to have a guest or 2 over. Thank you Woodlake for making my apartment my home. I’m happy to continue making it mine."
