"I lived here from September 2017, to September, 2020. I absolutely loved this well kept community. I left California, and now I'm back and will be filling out a new application in the hope of being able to reside here once again. It's a great place to live."

"Many reasons for this rating: 1)Unfortunately the manager is not very effective in responding to tenants needs. 2) Contrary to the regulation , handicaps are not offered what is necessary to alleviate their pain. 3) correct information is not offered to tenants.etc... etc... It is a shame because this place could shine in Sun City!"
