"Brand new modern homes and townhomes. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Beautiful central park and pool."
"The townhomes are really nice and the quality looks great. The area is very nice and there are a lot of good eateries and stores close by. The reason for the one star is the woman in the front office that allows you to tour the property. She is absolutely horrible! I've been twice, once w/ my realtor and a second with my fiancé and both times she has always had an attitude, is annoyed when you ask questions and does not have a warm bed side manner. I hate to think it but I wonder if it's has anything to do w/ my race. Either way she's an incredible turn off when touring the properties."
