Artesa at Menifee Town Center

There is ALWAYS someone in the front office when I stop in. If I had a friend or family member looking for an apartment in this area, I would recommend Artesa at Menifee Town Center!"

"Unless you want to live in an extremely hostile environment then this is not the place for you. Please take your time reading the bad reviews. All are 100% accurate. Courtney is rude, condescending, and should not be in any position that deals with human interaction. I only wish I could include my interactions in here. Not only did they fail to give us adequate notice before attempting to raise our rent to 5,100 dollars they are gaslighting us and trying to make it seem like it’s our error. We have received every completely useless email that’s ever been sent to us to 2 separate individuals but somehow all three of us failed to receive the 5000 rent increase until exactly 21 days ago. I have always had an issue with Courtney and her extremely rude behavior from the moment she attempted to pit residents against each other via taking pictures of them at the pool to report back to her from floaties to alcohol to music. It’s like paying 2700 dollars to live in a complete prison. As all the oldest reviews say We loved this place and then MG properties and Courtney came into the picture. Riddle me this. How have we recieved EVERY SINGLE EMAIL NOTIFICATION but not the most important one 60 days prior to forcing us to resign or pay 5100 till we find a new place? Awfully strange. But that’s alright, after todays interaction with Courtney I contacted corporate (although it sounds like they don’t give a damn and never return calls luckily for me I am relentless.) and a lawyer that specializes in incompetent landlords. "My mom and I visited Artessa, looking for my son and his fiancé an apartment. We live in Audy Murphy Ranch, not far from Artessa. We were greeted with warm smiles and helpful hellos from Courtney Rodriguez, along with her staff. Courtney is so patient, she answered all of our questions regarding the community, amenities and pricing. She then took us over to the model, it was beautiful. I have never seen a more “house like” one bedroom apartment. It even has a doorbell! Courtney showed us all of the storage spaces, open concept living areas and the highly upgraded appliance package that comes STANDARD in all of the apartments. You could easily prepare a complete chef’s kiss type of meal in the kitchen. My son loves to cook, it’s perfect! The finishings found on these apartment homes are truly builder grade. I was not only impressed with the community, but again, Courtney Rodriguez and her staff are awesome. Also, Ramon in maintenance was super professional and welcoming. Not sure who the company is that owns this complex, whomever it is… other communities really should go and visit here. The Arbors and Waterstone in Murrieta especially need to go and learn from Courtney Rodriguez and her amazing staff. My son and his fiancé will be going to see Courtney very soon. Thank you Artessa of Menifee for putting a mother and grandmother’s minds at ease."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Yes, they are beautiful but horribly managed. Read your lease contract and ask questions because they do not share information that they know will inconvenience you or cause you to not lease. Corporate information is safeguarded and not given out under any circumstances. They refer you to corporate but the number you get is to an answering service and not a live person. Their lease contracts do not reflect your carport or garage number so they will most likely NOT be in proximity to your apartment. Mine is literally across a busy public city street. The neighbors in the community are cool but after a week and a half of living here and asking how they like it, ALL of them have the same line that "the management is bad here". When doing my move-in inspection dead gnats can still be found in the light fixtures and when I asked if they cleaned the appliances and lint traps Carla(Leasing Consultant) said yes and my response was "They missed it for this apartment". Water and Sewer backup coverage is also required on your renter's insurance to be clearly listed (what does that tell you about the place) most insurance carriers do not offer this because it typically isn't a renter's concern more so for homeowners. Artesa is one of Menifee's newest communities but could possibly be the worst managed. Other management companies have properties local to Artesa that are at capacity, have wait lists, and do not need to offer incentives to get renters to move in. Courtney(Manager) and Carla (Leasing Consultant) Listen to the residents and be on our side, not fight us. Veronica (Assistant Manager) and Makayla (Leasing Consultant) out of the 4 in there could be your best bet for someone to speak with in the office. Response from the owner is not needed, Actions speak louder."
