"Complex is beautiful and well maintained by property management. Manager is sweet and always available to take care of your needs. Problem with this property is Palm Community, the owners!! This complex is federally regulated which means they rec'd funding from the feds and in turn have to keep some units low income. It also means no laws apply to rent increases, including the almost 200.00 one we recd for 2023. That's verified by every state, city, federal agency and Riv County legal aide that we've contacted. Rent at your own risk!! It was a great place at 700 not at almost 1000.00. There also is not enough ramps and handicap spaces or amenities for senior living. At least once a year, they require proof of your income and twice a year they inspect your place. Even opening your cabinet doors, oven and dishwasher. Walk in showers are rare to find, so tough and dangerous for seniors. None of their websites are maintained so information on property is not up to date!"

"I wish these were for disabled people that weren't senior yet :) . There is not enough help for disabled people that aren't seniors. I'm a disabled mom on ssdi and want to find a decent place to rent and not worry about my child's safety :) ."
