"I've been a resident here for about 2 years now and absolutely love the experience I've had so far. Overall our townhome is beautiful, bright, airy, and has all the amenities we need. The only down side I've faced so far is that during the pandemic restrictions it was hard to get the maintenance team to come and fix some minor things here and there in a timely fashion. Ultimately we got any small thing resolved and all around I really appreciate the maintenance and reception/leasing staff."

"The townhomes are decent, but kind of pricey and need updating for what you pay. The main reasons for the low rating is for number of guests that smoke not in designated areas. This does not allow you to leave your windows in your townhome open unless you want your unit to smell of smoke too. The guest parking here is also terrible. Other complexes in the area make a limit for how long a car can park in guest parking. Here, you’ll have a car park in guest park and stay in the same spot for weeks. This allows no openings for new guests to visit for the day."
