"This awful, unprofessional place's office only open from 10am to 2pm, called and left a message every 30 minutes till they closed, never answered. Called me back after hours at 3:30pm to set up an appointment next day at 6:30pm to work around my work schedule. My wife, newborn, and I rush immediately after work on a 45 minute drive to this place and get there on time to be completely blown off. Office locked, no one answering calls. I'm knocking on the door and I can see some peer through the curtains and hide. How is this place operational? In ANY line of business I've never had such an unprofessional experience. I guess I dodged a bullet because who would want to live in a place with management like that."
