"Price is really good but I stayed there for one month and had to deal with roaches every day. Owner didn't help much with that. Towels were always a little dirty. On the other hand the owner managed well to keep the place quite and I felt safe during my stay."

"I stayed here recently and the rooms were dirty, nothing to write home about, and I did find several roaches in the restroom. The mattress on the bed looked like it had seen better days, stained with obvious bodily fluids.The curtains were dirty the carpet needed replacing. All of the items in the room looked they were from other motels or hotels dumpsters. Also the manager's wife was loud, rude and obnoxious yelling at everyone in the morning saying "you gonna pay it?"..I am only assuming she mean to asking if people were staying or checking out. During the course of my stay here I witnessed several times the police showing up for domestic disputes, drug activity, and some pervert crazy guy staying in room 61 with a bald head staring at my wife (and other women) creepily all the time and yell and threaten another guest in the parking lot. The manager or owners seem not to care as long as people pay their rent as long term guests anything goes. I would not stay here again nor pay them another cent especially when Motel 6 is right around the corner and about the same price. On side note I also saw the manager yelling at guests several times telling them to "go to their rooms" as if he was scolding a child. He never did this to me, but he was very rude and condescending. If you want to spend some time in the twilight zone and also support slumlords, this place is worth checking out for the entertainment value of nothing else, just be sure to wear gloves."
