"We've been here 11mos. Maintenance responds quickly. Kristen is the manager and does a great job. The new owners are doing great thus far."

"The renovations are as cheap as they come. Water heater was from 1996. The tub is peeling. The oven came apart. The floor is coming up. The wall is flaking. The management is stealing power from a unit and is rarely on site for issues. Many times issues go unresolved. They put out inspection notices but never inspect yet will come into your apartment whenever they want. Run. The turn over is crazy because people come here because they have no credit but can't stay here because they try to adjust the costs via group message and not actual addendums. I take care of the unit and pets while the tenant is at work so I see the every day workings and have documentation of everything. Upon further inspection the balcony railing is not up to code. It should be 4 inches between the rails but as you will see it is not. Not handicap accessible even with a handicapped tenant."

"I just moved in 3 weeks ago and have no issues so far we enjoy being here it's quiet and the renovations are super nice and the manager Kristin was very kind and helpful to any questions we had and made us feel welcomed thank you very much Las Casitas"

"The apartments are beautiful. They have their flaws like everything in the world does. I have had a couple issues so far in the new apartment each is being addressed or has been addressed. Place a maintenance request or leave a message, it will get handled. The new owner whom I have not met is just basically going by what the market is dictating price wise. Our property manager Kristen is a kind and friendly lady who is doing the best she can do with having so much handed to her at one time. If everyone would be patient, myself included, while the renovations are being handled we are going to end up with a wonderful complex to live in. Rome wasn't built in a day!"

"August 2021 New Management came in with Kelly Matus and not single repair is getting done. Worst management to deal with. I have been living here for more than 3 years. Location is good, Old management was really good with Deane. Now there are 7-8 problems piled up in apartment and they don't respond to call, delays repairs and never gets done, really rude to talk with. "Try to stay away from these apartments now". On top of this, rents are increased but no work is getting done for that. People in Apartments are nice and friendly. One star belongs to them."
