SpringHill Suites by Marriott Riverside Redlands

"Stayed here to visit family while in the middle of a move. This was our second stay here. Very pleased just like the first time. Beds and pillows so comfortable and very clean. I felt very relaxed at this property. The free breakfast was a bit lacking for the price point, but it wasn’t terrible. Great staff. Only real issue was, the maid skipped my room while here and didn’t refresh anything I needed."

"This was a great stay the double queen bed room had ample room and the stay was clean. The only issue is I didn't have any body wash in the shower pump container so I had to go and ask for it to be refilled. The TV was placed between the couch area and the first bed but the TV had a swing arm so the very far bed could also watch. The TV also is slow to respond with the remote. The breakfast is not that great and would be just best to go to a resturant if you want good food. The exhaust fan in the restroom works. The water pressure is good and gets warm quick. Very modern up to date stay. The laundry room was great but it cost $4 for the washer and another $4 for the dryer which is a bit pricey and only uses card to start. The snack store is also pricey so if you like snack make sure you buy elsewhere and bring them with you. I paid $4.40 for a 16oz Pepsi. Very safe area and quiet also, no noise from other guest's rooms."

"Amazing hotel! Stayed here for a late overnight and was pleasantly surprised. I messaged in the Marriot app to ask for water bottles, extra pillows and set the temp to 65, and when I arrived around midnight the room was perfect! The location is great, there is a donut shop next door and Starbucks down the street. I plan to come back!"

"Terrible management. This is one of those hotels that tries to get around program benefits. It was completely empty, but they didn’t want to offer late check out that I’m supposed to get based on availability. First, they said that the hotel was full. I found that hard to believe so I called Marriott, and the no, the hotel was not full. Next, they said they’ve reached their allotted late checkouts, but the parking lot was empty. Marriott contacted them and told them to offer the benefit. I was only asking for 30 minutes late to make a call! Maybe these owners/management should be in a different business."

"Really nice and brand new hotel. The rooms are large and super comfortable. Nice seating area, desk and in room fridge and coffee station. The beds are super comfortable. Nice pillows. Great comforter. The bathroom is nice. Walk in shower. Nice mirror that is well lit. Friendly staff. Great breakfast area. Nice gym and pool. Plenty of parking."
