"My mom lived at Ocean Breeze for over 15 years. She loved it so much. Her apartment had a nice patio which she loved to sit out on and tend to her succulent plants. The apartment was perfect for her. She loved the neighbors and made great friends. She played bunko and bingo with other residents in the clubhouse and loved it. There is a lunch hosted every month to celebrate birthdays that month which is really nice for everyone. Any maintenance issue was taken care of quickly by the skilled handyman. The grounds were kept very pretty. My mom, Carole, loved the apartment manager Janet who really worked hard to help everyone, even under difficult situations, she was always very helpful. Sadly, my mom passed away suddenly a few weeks ago. She only wanted to be home in her cute apartment. I feel sad that we wont be going over to see her in her cute apartment anymore. We will stop by and say hi the the staff in the future. Fondly, Cindy M."

"I've only been here 2 weeks but so far so good. Really like my apartment and the grounds are nicely kept. The front office and maintenance have been very responsive to my requests. Neighbors are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. My only issue is there is a waiting list for a parking place and nearby street parking is very limited. But they were very upfront about this. It wasn't a surprise. I would definitely recommend considering Ocean Breeze Village."
