"Have a siblings who lives here. All neighbors are very friendly and get along nicely. The apartment are always very clean never loud just normal sounds of families interacting.Never do I hear loud music random hours of the night nor have I ever heard yelling from any the units and I have been visiting there several times a day and night for over 10 years."

"My experience living at Redlands Townhomes has been a really wonderful one so far. I live in a renovated unit, and while they are older, and sometimes need some TLC, they are charming and new mgmt. has updated them well. I hate new high rise apartment buildings, and Redlands Townhomes keeps some of the old time charm of the 70's. The Property Manager, Shauna Offutt, has also been wonderfully helpful and responsive since I have lived here. Any time I have had a need or concern, she has been prompt in getting back to me and prompt in getting the situation remedied. I have appreciated her responsiveness and thoughtfulness!"
