"I lived here for exactly a year back in 2019. I was satisfied with the apartment. At the time it was the most reasonable rent price especially for the space. Never had a car broken into while I was there but I assume I was just fortunate. I did have an amazon package stolen from my front door. I learned to just have it delivered elsewhere. The area was peaceful and I had no trouble walking around at night or anything. I'd be out and about walking well into midnight and found no trouble. It was the perfect distance to the University and was incredibly spacious. I enjoyed my stay."

"My family and I stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Apt here. For the price you get a spacious Apt with a unique design. for the most part our experience here has been pleasant it's pretty quiet and the complex is very clean. Mariam does an excellent job in my oppinion, shes extremely professional and has always been very kind to us. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in mangeing the complex and making sure our experience here has been easy going. Theres been a few concerns with some vehicle breakins but I wouldn't say its the managements fault they do have cameras and atleast they were more than willing to give what they had to the authorities. Overall we enjoy living here peaceful environment and close to alot of stores."

"Car was broken into 2 nights in a row. Asked if security cameras had been checked days later and manager stated that she had been too busy and the cameras were slow. I saw the reviews before moving here about the break ins and now I understand first hand and wish I would have signed a lease else where."

"I have nothing but good to say about these apts. My heater quit working soon after we moved jn and when I told management they immediately took vare of the issue. It was a weekend and not a whole lot can be done then.the management lady is very friendly and goes over and beyond the call of duty when needed. She has a helper who also is very kind and helpful when needed. My car has been broke into 2x but it was only because i left it unlocked but nothing damaged. Break ins are going to happen any where. Some times the better areas get more break ins because of there being more money. It happens alot in the wealthier areas. Its very quiet and peaceful here!!!"

"If you like your cars broken into on countless occasions and the property management company doing nothing to prevent it then this place is for you. Our car has been broken into 3 times along with outher tenants the security of this complex is a joke and I don't recommend it."
