"Been living here for couple months I love it . Managers and awesome . Had some issues with my doorknob and maintenance eli came and fixed it was very helpful with anything I needed fixed and got all done quick. Definitely recommend these apartments to everyone. Also recently had maintenances Bernie come a fix a leak I had was very quick a professional an also very nice . Got it done ."

"Last week I came home from work around 8pm and when I put my key in the door the barrel came loose. It was after hours and when I spoke with Bernie he came within 30mins as he said he would and the lock was fixed right away. I really appreciated Bernie’s efficiency because it was a cold night to be locked out. Thank you again Bernie. Great Job as always."

"Had problem with my front door for few years,this year because of cold weather or my arthritis couldn't open nor close.the door was catching, sometimes had to slam it.finally went to office and told them .luckily Bernie. Was there he said I be there in 5minutes.after he took the door off,shaved ,paint the door etc.thanks Bernie."

"Ive lived here off and on for about 3 years.. I used to love this place. Christina and Daniel and Bernie treated us with respect and dignity. I suffer from Tourette Syndrome and have to have a service animal with me in case I choke from my tics... I am a single dad and in 2018 my spine was shattered due to a car accident.. Christina worked with me on getting my rent paid.. Daniel worked with me. Christina went on leave and they brought in the devil.. Her name is Daisy... I have had notes on my door every day making it very clear that she wants my family out of here. I pay my rent one month late each month due to the car accident. Everyone has worked with me except amazing Daisy. I filed the necessary paperwork for one of my therapy dogs last year and they lost it. They wanted a new document in 3 days or they said I had to get rid of my therapy dogs. They threatened legal actions when I had covid and could not let workers in the redo the ac unit. They know I have dogs and I had no place to put them when it was raining the second time they tried to come out as they don't allow you to have a dog on your back patio without you being there. Today I had notice signed by Daisy that I have to pay my balance "The month behind rent of one month" Today or I am getting evicted from my house. Daisy : "Get rid of your service dogs in 3 days or your out... Let the workers in when we tell you or were taking legal action and today pay your past rent or your out... Don't get an apartment here until Christina is back. If Daisy is managing... go elsewhere, unless you want your life to be hell, wondering if you have a house each day. I am disabled and a single dad. I went to pay this months rent online as I always do.. Daisy locked my account as she wants a check paid in full. Or Im out in 3 days."

"I love living at Pinewood apartments! Christina and Daniel were super helpful with providing all the information I needed before moving across the country without seeing the apartment beforehand. They helped organize where to put the uhaul and helped with my car being delivered, really went above and beyond. The maintenance team is also excellent and speedy. Eli helped replace my outlets when they weren't working and got everything working in a few minutes. The amenities and property itself are great."
