"New owners are horrible. What used to be a good place turned Bad!. Never fixed what was broken, pool was always green, trash all over & moved all their family in and let’s them play music all night. Place went downhill. And there motto is “If you don’t like it move out”... smh.."

"been living here almost 4 years, this use to be a great place to live. Got new owners a few months back and the whole place has went down hill. they got rid of our pool man, gardeners cause they said they can do it themselves. so that leaves the apartment full of trash, and the pool green a lot of the time. it's really sad to see this place a mess. all we've ever asked is for them to do is their job and to make this place a comfortable environment, we've talk to the owners and they literally don't care about the well being of their tenants, they say if we don't like it we can leave. so sad."
