Temecula Gardens

"A couple things to know before you consider living here: "Crime Free Community" is duplicitously worded; there is a lot of crime here, but the residents are not the ones committing it. "Crime Free Community" means that they can evict you without due process, based on "presumption of evidence." Read the fine print. This apartment complex has a disproportionate number of crime compared to the rest of Temecula. I won't get into the reasons why. Management has informed us that they have no obligation to do anything about it (referenced by the fine print of the "Crime Free Community" thing they love to say). I'm not saying management is bad, because management is actually very good people, but it's very clear that this is a corporation that will do the bare minimum as outlined by your contract. They would rather have you move out at the end of your contract because they are capped on how much they can raise your rent, but they are not necessarily capped on how much they can charge a brand new resident. This would be a 4 star or even 5 star review, if they were not trying to charge the prices they are trying to charge, or gentrifying the area. It's basically 2024 Temecula price with Hemet problems, and a 1990s construction. Pros: Management is good at their job. Residents are cool and friendly. There are pools and laundry rooms which are well maintained. Maintenance gets done pretty fast. There are lots of bunnies and they are cute Cons: Your car might get stolen (LIKE MINE. Which is why I am writing this review), your tires might get slashed (3x happened to my neighbor), your car might get broken into (uncountable times happened to my roommate). The corporate soullessness is very strong here and management can only do so much given the constraints."

"Moved here after my divorce with my girls….and right away clicked with Laurie. She was always so sweet and helpful. Literally not ONE bad thing to say about Laurie or Erin. So helpful, patient, fun to talk to and the sweetest people! I don’t have one bad thing to say here. Everyone is kind and sweet, neighbors kept to themselves and were always friendly. Loved all my neighbors, and the grounds are beautiful."

"I use to live here for 4 years. It’s was a great place to start when I was a single mom of 2 kids. I never had any trouble with any of my neighbors. The only down fall was that that the washers were never working so I had to wash across the street from the complex. Other then that I think they have improved a lot. Probably the cheapest place to live in Temecula."

"I like these apartments, the new management is super nice and over the 2 years I've lived here I can honestly say they've become my friends. The apartments themselves are nice and i never had any complaints about them. If I ever needed anything fixed it was always handled quickly. They recently made the laundromat way nicer with new paint and better machines. The pools are well maintained, so much so that the pool guy knows me because I say hello to him most mornings on my way to work. The neighbors are some of the friendliest I've ever had. I don't know what these other peoples problems are but there IS guest parking and its even covered parking too. I would definitely recommend these apartments to a friend if they asked my opinion."
